General Terms & Conditions and Acceptance

Only individuals aged 18 or older may register and participate on this platform. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Each user may open only one account, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. The authority reserves the right to close accounts and forfeit deposited funds if false information is provided.
Deposit, Withdrawal & Bonus Policy
All financial transactions on the super bazi platform are conducted in Bangladeshi BDT (BDT/৳). Deposits will be credited to your account within the specified processing time after submission. Identity verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed, and withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is finalized. Separate terms and conditions apply to each bonus and promotion, which will be detailed on the promotions page. In the event of suspicious transactions or fraud, the authority reserves the right to suspend or cancel any payment.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirements have been met. Each bonus has a set expiry period and will be automatically cancelled upon expiration. Prohibited Activities & Grounds for Termination
Any form of fraudulent activity, use of bots, software manipulation, or attempts to exploit the system on the platform are strictly prohibited. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing is a criminal offense, and such activities will be reported to the relevant authorities. Misconduct, threats, or use of abusive language toward other users will result in immediate account closure. Involvement in bet manipulation or illegally influencing sports matches may result in account termination as well as legal action. super bazi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in the event of any violation of platform rules.
Dispute Resolution & Legal Framework
For any dispute or complaint, please contact the super bazi customer service team first. The support team will provide an initial response to your complaint within a maximum of 72 hours. If an internal resolution is not possible, mediation through a third party will be arranged with the consent of both parties.
